DOMESTIC
Felt is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal service operations.
For USA, all orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, with shipping rates calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times range from 1 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
INTERNATIONAL
All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location. Please note that USPS does not guarantee exact delivery dates or times. For more details, you can review the official USPS policy here. Buyers outside the USA are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. Each country has its own policies, so we’re unable to estimate potential charges. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
If a buyer refuses to pay duties and the parcel is returned, no refund will be issued.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location and being available to receive or sign for packages, if required. Felt is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered.
CHANGING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. Due to the fragile and one-of-a-kind nature of our items, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. DAMAGED ITEMS & DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order arrives with damage not previously disclosed, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Include a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos. Please do not return the item until we’ve reviewed your case and provided return authorization. Returns must be initiated promptly once an issue is identified.
