Item Condition
Please note that most pieces offered by Felt are vintage and pre-loved. Naturally, some items may show minor signs of wear or age. All notable imperfections will always be described in the product details and/or shown clearly in photos. To avoid any surprises, we recommend carefully reviewing each product description before purchasing.
We use the following condition ratings:
- Used – Excellent: Lightly used with no noticeable flaws.
- Used – Good: Minor flaws or signs of wear, noted in the description or photos.
- Used – Fair: Visible flaws or wear, clearly shown or described.
Keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different depending on your device’s screen settings. As these are vintage garments, Felt cannot guarantee long-term durability—purchases are made at the buyer's own discretion and risk.
Items are carefully cleaned, disinfected, or professionally dry-cleaned before shipping.

Unless marked as Sold, all items shown are available for purchase.
Authenticity
Every item sold through Felt is thoroughly vetted and authenticated by our in-house experts.
Sizing
In addition to the original label size, we provide detailed measurements for every piece to help ensure a better fit. For the most accurate results, we suggest comparing our measurements to a similar item you already own or measuring yourself. We also include the model’s height and clothing size for reference. Holds
We do not hold items. All purchases are first come, first serve.
Shipping
Felt is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal service operations.
For USA, all orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, with shipping rates calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times range from 1 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location. Please note that USPS does not guarantee exact delivery dates or times. For more details, you can review the official USPS policy here.
Please note that delays may occur during transit. We recommend regularly checking the tracking link provided and contacting your local post office for any assistance regarding a delayed package.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location and being available to receive or sign for packages, if required. Felt is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered.
International Taxes & Customs
Buyers outside the USA are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. Each country has its own policies, so we’re unable to estimate potential charges. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
If a buyer refuses to pay duties and the parcel is returned, no refund will be issued.
Changing Your Shipping Address

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the fragile and one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. We strive to present each piece as accurately as possible, but if you have any questions about sizing, fabric, or condition, please contact us at felt@feltshowroom.com before making a purchase.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item with damage not previously disclosed, notify us via email at felt@feltshowroom.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include a full description and clear images of the issue. Do not return the item until we’ve reviewed the case and authorized a solution.
