Item Condition
Please note that most pieces offered by Felt are vintage and pre-loved. Naturally, some items may show minor signs of wear or age. All notable imperfections will always be described in the product details and/or shown clearly in photos. To avoid any surprises, we recommend carefully reviewing each product description before purchasing.
We use the following condition ratings:
- Used – Excellent: Lightly used with no noticeable flaws.
- Used – Good: Minor flaws or signs of wear, noted in the description or photos.
- Used – Fair: Visible flaws or wear, clearly shown or described.
Keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different depending on your device’s screen settings. As these are vintage garments, Felt cannot guarantee long-term durability—purchases are made at the buyer's own discretion and risk.
Items are carefully cleaned, disinfected, or professionally dry-cleaned before shipping.
Item Availability
Unless marked as Sold, all items shown are available for purchase.
Authenticity
Every item sold through Felt is thoroughly vetted and authenticated by our in-house experts.
Sizing
In addition to the original label size, we provide detailed measurements for every piece to help ensure a better fit. For the most accurate results, we suggest comparing our measurements to a similar item you already own or measuring yourself. We also include the model’s height and clothing size for reference. Holds
We do not hold items. All purchases are first come, first serve.
Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped within the United States via UPS, with shipping rates calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and service selected at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are subject to UPS operations. Felt is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your package appears to have been damaged or affected during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist with the UPS claims process. All shipments are insured through UPS to help protect against eligible shipping-related damage or loss.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location and being available to receive or sign for packages if required. Felt is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by UPS.
International Taxes & Customs
Buyers outside the USA are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. Each country has its own policies, so we’re unable to estimate potential charges. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
If a buyer refuses to pay duties and the parcel is returned, no refund will be issued.
Changing Your Shipping Address
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please double-check that all information is correct during checkout. Incorrect details may result in order cancellation. For questions, contact us at felt@feltshowroom.com.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the fragile and one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. We strive to present each piece as accurately as possible, but if you have any questions about sizing, fabric, or condition, please contact us at felt@feltshowroom.com before making a purchase.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item with damage not previously disclosed, notify us via email at felt@feltshowroom.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include a full description and clear images of the issue. Do not return the item until we’ve reviewed the case and authorized a solution.
